We are in a long term relationship with many community associations maintaining their concrete infrastructure. We can get building permits and have contacts with engineering firms to supply their services if needed. We do commercial work and will be interested in single family/residential work. Maintaining common area sidewalks has become a large portion of our business due to the liability that trip and fall presents. The people walk the sidewalks and catch their toe/heel on the damage/lifted area. They fall and injure themselves then sometimes sue the Association
